Delivery and Refund Policy

  • NEW JERSEY NATIONAL GUARD DMAVA EMPLOYEE ACTIVITY FUND IS NOT FOR PROFIT.
  • Registrants have up to 1 week (14 days) before the event to ask for a refund
  • Refunds are made in the form of a check at the completion of the event for the full amount, when approved.
  • Delivery is in the form of attending the registered event for the scheduled window of the event. The payment covers the cost of the food and supplies. There are no physical goods for shipping. Proceeds are deposited into the DMAVA Employee Activity Fund (NJDEAF) for use to cover associated event costs.
  • You will receive approval to attend via electronic mail in the form of an electronic ticket (‘eticket”)once payment has been received and your attendance approved.
  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY NO-SHOWS AT THE EVENT.
