Join the 42nd Regional Support Group in honoring COL Edward Dowgin on the occasion of his Retirement from the New Jersey National Guard after 30 years of Service.
If attending the Retirement Dinner the price includes the gift, buffet meal, open bar, and a hand-rolled cigar at the retirement party.
The gift only option offsets the cost of the gift that will be presented to COL Dowgin at the dinner.
